PCAC is an institution dedicated to facilitating and supporting art and artists based in the metropolitan region of Portland, Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. Founders Gavin Shettler and Bryan Suereth recognized the need for a fundamental cultivating entity to support Portland, Oregon’s burgeoning arts scene. PCAC was established as a non-profit art organization in September 2002 to fill this need by supporting local artists and sustaining the cultural economy.
