Cinema Epicuria, The Sonoma Valley Film Society is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization that:
provides cultural and educational opportunities for the public through and concerning the media of film and video;
produces an annual Film Festival as a central highly-visible community building event;and
provides a rich set of positive creative activities for local youth in the areas of media literacy, film appreciation, and film & video production.
We also partner with local schools and other youth-serving organizations to impart our passion and love for the expressive power of film into the fearless minds, hearts, and hands of our young people, our future.
Together with film industry professionals who visit us from around the world, and local film-lovers of all ages, we explore different world-views, stories, and story-telling techniques, always moving closer to encountering our common humanity.
