The University Media Group, a student run media organization at UAA in Anchorage Alaska, is putting on a film festival this December 1st-2nd, entitled, "Kiaro Obscuro Film Festival". The purpose of the festival is to promote the works of visual/media artists of the obscure and the strange experimental types. |
