Bio:
Benjamin B. Kinsley is a 2005 gradutate from the Cleveland Institute of Art's T.I.M.E. Department. He received the First Agnes Gund Traveling Award for his final BFA installation, which utilizes video, vocal sounds, gestures, and sonar sensors to elicit an interactive response on the part of the viewer. Kinsley's work ranges from animation, interactive video, sound and music, to performance art. His "Gesichtsmusik" ("Face Music") video has won numerous awards including "Best of Show" at the Cleveland Museum of Art's 2005 NEO Show. Kinsley is currently living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attending Carnegie Mellon University's School of Fine Arts MFA program.
