Bio:
Michael Overbeck grew up in Hingam Massachusetts. Equipped with a love for drawing, and interest in animation, and a strange sense of humor, he went to the Rhode Island School of Design to study animation. There he became an award-winning student filmmaker. His first film was Atlas Gets a Drink (1999). His second film, Tongues and Taxis (2000) allowed him to travel the film festival circuit. Mike currently lives in Brooklyn and works as a freelance animator and director.
