Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Todd Lincoln currently resides in Los Angeles. His films have screened at film festivals, art galleries and microcinemas around the world and his music videos have played on MTV and Fuse. Lincoln is co-founder and director of Tulsa Overground, an annual film festival now in its ninth year, showcasing the world's most innovative short films and videos.
