Bio:
Todd Korgan, groomed from an early age to take over the family restaurant (where he worked as a chef for almost a decade) put away his knives and sauté pans in the late 80’s and enrolled in film school to follow his lifelong dream of becoming a filmmaker. Since then, Todd has earned numerous awards as both filmmaker and commercial director. His short films have been honored in more than 200 festivals worldwide, including those at Sundance, Hollywood and Berlin. His latest short, “The Man With the Empty Room,” won the audience award at Singapore, best film at Rhode Island, and a special jury prize at the Northwest Film Festival from acclaimed director Todd Haynes. His commercials have been recognized with Addy and Telly awards and by the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP). He is a Native of Portland Oregon and still makes a mean Chicken Cordon Bleu.
