Bio:
BIOGRAPHY BeezleBug Bit represents the computer animation and direction of Lee Lanier. Lee’s work has played over 100 film efstivals and museums worldwide, including the Sundance Film Festival, Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Annecy Animation Festival and Smithsonian Institution. Before founding BeezleBug Bit, Lee served as a Senior Animator on “Antz” and “Shrek” at Pacific data Images/Dreamworks. He also put in time at Walt Disney Studios creating digital special effects for live action features and spent several years working as a Script Supervisor on various Hollywood productions. Lee combines computer animation, digital illustration and still photography into seamless - sometimes real, sometimes surreal - works of art. He single-handedly created the short films "Millennium Bug" and "Mirror." For "Infinity" and "Embryo," he collaborated with Belief EXP. "Day Off The Dead," a joint project with top animators across North America, is currently playing the festival circuit.
