Bio:
Film, for me, is a canvas which can reflect the layers of human conciousness . I hand process, scratch, bleach and paint the emulsion of my film, and otherwise transpose images, in an attempt to reach the depth of these layers. I intentionally exclude the use of dialogue in my films, and choose music and sound to compliment my images, because like a painting or a sculpture I believe that film does not need to be narrative in order to speak to the universal mind.
