Creator of the award-winning Cinedictum Film Project. Producer, director and writer of all 10 Cinedictum films. Holds two diplomas: one in Feature Film Directing (All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography, Moscow, Russia, 2002) and the other in International Law (University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, 1998). Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English. And speaks some French and Turkish. Proficient in using a variety of film editing programs and a good number of other software. Creative, hard-working, team player with excellent communication skills. Available for film production work anywhere in the world. Interests include: psychology, photography, sound effects composing, design, philosophy, drawing, aesthetics, new ideas development, TRIZ; sports (basketball, martial arts, chess), etc.
