Bio:
Steven Belfer is an independent filmmaker, musician, and animation industry professional. Independent works include, “COLORDOG,” “Flamingo Splendour,” “Moving On,” and “Argument.” Steven’s quirky guitar tracks can be found in Nickelodeon’s popular cartoon, “SpongeBob Squarepants.” As Warner Bros. Online’s Manager of Animation, Belfer has directed 75 Internet cartoons including 44 all-new Looney Tunes. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Steve Holds an MFA and BFA from California Institute of the Arts.
