Bio:
Peggy Wang was born in Taiwan in December of 1975. She grew fond of cartoons and animation as a child, and began orienting her drawing skills toward those areas. She moved to the United States in 1992. After high school, Peggy went to California State University, Fullerton for higher degree. There she got the opportunity to learn about animation. Under the influences of short films of early UPA and movies of Tim Burton, Peggy stared to developed her styles in both drawing and story-telling. She is now working toward her MFA degree in Entertainment Art at California State University, Fullerton. Something Smells Like Fish is her first independent animation film.
