Originally from Natchez Mississippi, Reed has been a resident of Seattle WA since 1992. After completing a degree in creative writing, he began pursuing still photography in 1991 and motion picture filmmaking in 1993. Reed is the founder of Emerald Reels (www.emeraldreels.com).
