Bio:
Jeffrey Hands made two children's comedies at ages sixteen and eighteen that were broadcast on Nickelodeon and sold overseas by Alliance Atlantis. He has since worked as a freelance writer/director in Toronto and has collaborated on screenplays with Jonathan Katz and Len Blum. 'Fireplace Redux' brings together the creative team that produced the original Canadian comedy pilot 'Almost Entertainment.' Production on 'Fireplace: The Feature' was haulted in the Spring when producers ran out of firewood. Filmography/Awards Info: 'Fireplace Redux' has been screened at Montreal's Just For Laughs, New York's Upright Citizens' Brigade Event 'Filet o Film', Toronto's Second City as well as in San Francisco and Brooklyn.
