The process of making this film was just like making an abstract painting or sculpture. With empty mind after meditation, I started painting and later took pictures of it. I had no purpose or any logic in this process, but a desire to find images that exists in my subconscious. Those vague images, which I believe, affect my consciousness of everyday life. I believed I can trace those images which should be remaining in somewhere my painting on texture or at a portion of figures. The images I got in the images after doing several repetitions, I could remember where some of those images originally from. They were mostly from photos, drawings in books, scenes I saw briefly. Unconsciously, they have stuck into my memory system making me believe it is a new image I created or imagined. By this little experiment, I realized that sometimes there are very brief moments which influence one's perception on new incidents or objects unconsciously. It happens not by one's will, but by each person's perception already made since childhood or even before that time. As we all know one's perception on things evolves and he/she forgets what the prior perception on the same thing was. Adults don't understand the way of children think anymore. Or, is it started before he/she was born. Well, I believe it is very possible as one's gene is unique and shows different personality and talents. Then, our subconscious could have started to be recorded since the creation of human being. For the Software I used were Adobe Photoshop 7.0, after effect 5.5, premiere 6.0. For most scenes I developed my own techniques since the film was developed in the process of developing the image. For the woman/angel's face, I took the picture of the steam of boiling water with a Digital Camera and used it to paint the clouds/face of woman. The new 'clone-stamp tool' in Photoshop 7.0 allowed me to do it. Although the tool is not designed for such tasks I can tell, Photoshop was the only software which made me possible to paint such image. I wish Adobe develops the program more in that direction of CG painting. I composed and animated them in After Effect and edited it Premier. It was all possible where the After Effect and Photoshop is closely interrelated for modification.
