One of SubmarineChannel's most popular projects is 'Pause', an online collection of innovative music videos. This great promo by Gabriel Malaprade for the French band Eurostar is based on a simple postproduction trick that involves controlled fast-forward and reversal of the film. In ten different scenes, the effect is that the movements and gestures of the actors are transformed into quirky, offbeat choreographies. This music video's got all the right ingredients: a strong concept, a talented director, great styling, and a good song.
