Description:
The University Media Group, a student run media organization at the University of Alaska Anchorage, has organized a film festival for December 1-2, 2006, entiteld, "Kiaro Obscuro Film Festival". The purpose of the festival is to promote the works of visual/media artists of the obscure and the strange experimental types.
