To promote video creativity, related artistic forms and avant-garde art with an emphasis on womens' perspectives,
To cherish higher virtues of artistic work (within the scope of the festival),
To present and popularize video art of women artists (within the scope of the festival),
To elevate technical aspects of video and other productions in Yugoslavia,
To enhance distribution of works of Yugoslav women artists home and abroad, as well as of the foreign artists in Yugoslavia,
To facilitate the publication and distribution of Yugoslav and international works,
To collaborate with similar organizations worldwide.
